These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Madden 27 Bot (“the Bot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.
You must be permitted to use Discord and must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws. Server owners and commissioners are responsible for how they configure and use the Bot in their servers.
The Bot provides tools for managing Madden leagues and tournaments, including server setup, team claims, schedules, standings, results, streaming links, commissioner controls, playoffs, tournaments, and optional EA-connected features.
The Bot may integrate with third-party services such as Discord, EA, Twitch, and YouTube. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. The Bot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Electronic Arts Inc., the NFL, Twitch, YouTube, or Discord unless expressly stated otherwise.
The EA integration is intended for read-only retrieval of supported franchise information. Availability and accuracy depend on third-party services and may change or stop working without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to EA data.
You may not use the Bot to violate law, harass others, exploit Discord or third-party services, interfere with the Bot’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use the Bot in a way that violates Discord or third-party platform rules.
Commissioners are responsible for league rules, disputes, user management, payouts or entry fees, and decisions made within their communities. The Bot provides administrative tools but does not act as an arbitrator, escrow service, or guarantor of league outcomes.
The Bot is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be added, removed, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. We may perform maintenance or restrict access when needed for security, reliability, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every Discord server or third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, league records, or access arising from use of or inability to use the Bot.
Access to the Bot may be limited or terminated for abuse, security risks, legal requirements, violation of these Terms, or conduct that threatens the service or other users.
Use of the Bot is also governed by the Madden 27 Bot Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms as the Bot changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
